High Standard Manufacturing Company, Inc. is a Texas corporation with manufacturing facilities in Houston, Texas.

High-Standard manufactures .22 caliber target pistols and .45 caliber M1911 pistols.

In addition, High Standard recently purchased the rights to the defunt AMT line of semi-automatic pistols.

High Standard was originall formed in Connecticut in 1926. In 1993, High Standard Manufacturing Company, Inc. of Houston, Texas acquired the company assets and trademarks.
